Introduction
This PrestaShop Advance FAQ helps the e-merchants to create a separate landing page of FAQ.
General Settings
Configure general settings for FAQ page such as Metas information, Accordion style etc.You can also enable/disable FAQ comments, Admin approval and limit the numbers of questions on FAQ page.
FAQ Rating
Enable FAQ ratings, customers will be able to rate any FAQ. You can limit it for any customer group.
FAQ Block Setting
Manage FAQ block setting, set how many topics it should show in a block and enable/disable the search option.
Ask a Question Form
Ask a question form lets customers asks what they wants from within the same FAQ page. Configure slide or pop-up style for this form and allow access to any customer group.
Email Confirmation
Email confirmation is sent to both customers and admin whenever new question is posted. You can set email settings from here.
