When will PS3 come out?
November 11 in Japan, November 17 in North America, and in March 2007 in Europe and Australia.

How much will PS3 cost?
The 20GB system will cost 33,399 yen in Japan. In North America and Europe, the 20GB and 60GB system will cost $499 or €499 and $599 or €599.

What are PS3 technical specifications?
The 20GB system will not include a memory card reader or built-in Wifi, whilst the 60GB system will include both of them. Both configurations will include an HDMI port and both will support bluetooth wireless controllers.

What about the high definition video?
You will be able to view movies and play games in 1080p on both systems, provided you have a compatible TV.

Will PS3 play PS2 and PS1 games?
It will be 100% backwards compatible with PlayStation and PlayStation 2 games.

Will PS3 games be playable online?
PS3 games will be playable online, and the “basic” service will be free. Extra online services will include the ability to download games, music and high definition videos to the hard drive.

Is the hard drive required?
The hard drive will be included with every PlayStation 3 system. There will be an 20GB and 60GB version available.
