Lonelygirl15, homeschooled teenage girl with overly-strict parents who reaches the outside world through video postings on YouTube, has been exposed. As it turns out, she was too good to be true.

Pictures of the actress, Jessica Rose, were posted yesterday in a video called Lonelygirl15 a.k.a Bree a.k.a Jessica Rose Exposed. So far it has received over 220,000 views and 1,000 comments.

According to New York Times and Los Angeles Times the creators of Lonelygirl15 are Ramesh Flinders and Miles Beckett.

While some may think this story is a bit over publicized, let’s not forget that it’s pulled in over 2.3 million pageviews.
