Working out for geeks

People say that almost all geeks are in bad shape because they never work out. If this also goes for you than here is a short list to help you start working out:

  1. Find someone to work out with.
  2. Make it a scheduled thing.
  3. Do something fun and strenuous before you lift weights.
  4. When running or jogging, go all out.
  5. Stay hydrated. All day.
  6. Don’t work out too often.
  7. Look in to dietary supplements.
  8. Go for the good hurting.
  9. Select the weight that’s right for your goals.
  10. Do you favorite Situps.

If playing computer games is your only way of exercising, than you should reconsider and start doing something right for your body.
